The EPA has implemented the National Adjudicators' List (NAL) for broadening the scope of Alternative Dispute Resolution for the Namibian construction industry, as provided for in the FIDIC "Conditions of Contract for Construction", 1999. EPA periodically issues a News Brief, which is circulated to members. It provides information on happenings of interest to the engineering community - what is happening and planned, and feedback on what has happened.
